Commercial/Industrial Electrical Foreman - Moore's Electrical & Mechanical

Location: Lynchburg & surrounding areas | Full Time | Hourly Pay

The Role:

We're hiring Commercial/Industrial Electrical Foremen who command quality, safety, and efficiency to lead our Commercial and/or Industrial Electrical Projects.

What You'll Do:

Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects
Assist crew with installation as needed
Assign tasks, inspect electricians' work, monitor team performance, read blueprints, make sure quality standards are respected, and handle customer relations
Bend/install conduit and pull electrical wiring through electrical conduit.
Hook up/terminate electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.

You Bring:

Experience in managing/leading the production of commercial and/or industrial electrical installs for multi-million dollar projects
Experience in cutting, bending, threading and running 1/2" & 3/4", 1" electrical conduit materials
Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to instruct and teach the above tasks
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Experience with computers and technology; Smartsheet, Procore, Bluebeam i.e.
Journeyman or Master card preferred
