WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy being a go-to resource and are adept at handling unique situations with creative problem-solving skills to find solutions.
Previous experience working for an insurance agency, broker, or carrier is strongly preferred.
Experience working with smallto mid-size firms, managing company risk, and reading contracts and/or insurance policies is also preferred.
Customer Service Excellence: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to services, from general issues to new sales opportunities.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
- Account Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring regular reviews and updates are conducted.
- Policy Renewal: Coordinate and facilitate policy renewals and amendments in alignment with clients' current needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other team members to develop comprehensive insurance packages.
- Use your skills to create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
- Utilize your attention to detail to issue insurance documentation, update client information, and assist with payments.
- Answer client questions, problem-solve, and follow up.
- Property and casualty licensing preferred- Willing to train. Licensing assistance available.
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
- Customer service experience is required, and commercial insurance experience is a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including via phone, email, and face-to-face
- A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
- A team player who is detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
