We're seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for commercial clients, helping to manage policy renewals, conduct account reviews, maintain accurate client information, and identify opportunities to better protect businesses through additional coverage solutions. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities- Contact commercial clients approximately 90 days prior to policy renewals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information
- Conduct account reviews to ensure coverage continues to meet client needs
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the client portfolio
- Assist clients with policy questions, service requests, and coverage recommendations
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure accuracy in all client records
- Deliver exceptional service that supports long-term client retention and referral growth
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License required
- Prior insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance terminology and coverages
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
