We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support our commercial clients through exceptional service, accuracy, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in commercial lines who enjoys working closely with clients, carriers, and producers in a professional, family-oriented environment. You will manage day-to-day service needs while helping ensure renewals, endorsements, and documentation are handled with precision.
- Base salary of $45,000 to $65,000 based on experience

Responsibilities- Set up new commercial clients and policies
- Process endorsements and policy changes
- Quote and manage commercial renewals
- Provide day-to-day customer service for commercial accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC AMS
- Support client retention through proactive account management
- Active insurance license
- Prior commercial insurance experience
- Working knowledge of commercial lines fundamentals
- Experience using EPIC AMS preferred
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills
