Rosell Insurance Agency is looking for an Experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team.

Our family-owned agency has been around for over 70 years and we will continue to grow and provide great service for our clients. Responsibilities

Generating insurance quotes.
Issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Make changes to policies as needed.

Requirements

Must currently possess an active New Jersey Property and Casualty License
5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management
Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
Career-minded and goal-oriented team player
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
