We're looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail oriented Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to join our team full-time. This is a great fit for someone with solid commercial insurance experience who is looking to settle into a stable, long-term role with a team that genuinely cares about the work they do and the clients they serve.
You'll work directly alongside our account management team supporting a commercial book of business primarily churches, ministries, and nonprofits where your attention to detail and client-service mindset will make a real difference every day.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Support account managers in servicing and maintaining a commercial book of business
Process policy changes, renewals, certificates, and client requests accurately and on time
Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members
Maintain organized, thorough client files and documentation
Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the accounts you support

Requirements13 years of commercial insurance experience required
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and organizational skills
A team player who brings experience and high reliability
Genuine appreciation for or alignment with our faith-based and nonprofit client base is a plus
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. If you're not yet licensed, we will support you and cover the cost of getting you there.
