We are currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Construction Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with both clients and internal teams.
- First-year earnings between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid remote schedule (in-office, fully remote, or hybrid considered)

Responsibilities- Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, and finance agreements
- Issue and prepare insurance documentation such as ID cards, binders, and certificates
- Track payments and payment statuses through carrier portals and finance teams
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and wholesalers to address day-to-day service needs
- Handle loss run requests and policy checking for accuracy and delivery
- Assist producers and account executives with various tasks as needed
- Active insurance license required
- Prior experience in commercial insurance service or support roles
- Excellent communication skills with clients, teammates, and carrier partners
- Experience with agency management systems is required
- Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
