Aurora National Insurance is looking for a Commercial Insurance Producer to join our growing team and help protect Alaska businesses from financial risk.

Salary Range: $50.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Alaska business owners and community leaders
- Identify and develop new commercial insurance opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement
- Meet with business owners to understand their operations, challenges, and insurance needs
- Create customized insurance solutions that protect clients businesses and assets
- Collaborate with our experienced service team and insurance carriers to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and binding coverage
- Become a trusted advisor not just another insurance salesperson
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to meet with business owners
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable creating your own opportunities
- Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals and earn based on performance
- Ability to network within the Alaska business community
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Previous commercial insurance experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with proven sales ability and a passion for helping others
