Commercial Lines Producer

We have a unique opportunity with a well-established, privately held regional agency in North Jersey. This role offers the unique advantage of stepping into a high-perfoming team while continuing to grow and build your own portfolio.

Highlights include:

Mostly remote

Commission structure: 40% New Business / 25% Renewal (with flexibility)

Existing accounts with significant cross-sell and rounding opportunities

Dedicated support team including an Account Manager, Commercial Lines Processor, Risk Placement Director, and Claims Manager
