In this role, you will have the ability to grow your own business and work with other Farmers agents while supporting business insurance growth within their agencies. You will be responsible for selling commercial products to customers utilizing phone, email, and video conferencing. You will be responsible for understanding their needs to offer products that can help them achieve their insurance goals. Responsibilities
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
- Prior Sales Experience, minimum of 3 years face-to-face sales experience, preferably in Business Insurance.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Strong Sales Acumen
