Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
Prospecting: Lead generation and outreach to potential commercial clients in Niagara and surrounding areas.
Solution Offering: Present tailored insurance solutions that align with client business needs, offering comprehensive protection packages.
Account Management: Manage portfolio of existing clients, ensuring renewal and addressing any queries or policy adjustments.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Networking: Participate in community events and industry gatherings to promote brand presence and generate leads.
RequirementsLicensing: A valid Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred but not required
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Drive: A motivated individual with strong negotiation and sales skills.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and policies in the insurance industry.
Local Expertise: In-depth understanding of the insurance needs of businesses in the Niagara, Wisconsin area.
