What You'll Do
As a Commercial Lines Producer, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners by identifying risk exposures and developing customized insurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial business through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and prospecting.
- Build and manage a profitable book of middle-market commercial clients.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify coverage gaps.
- Design and present customized insurance and risk management solutions.
- Collaborate with account managers, marketing specialists, underwriters, and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Negotiate coverage, pricing, and placement strategies with carrier partners.
- Conduct annual policy reviews and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive service and consultative guidance.
- Consistently achieve new business and revenue objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Proven success in Commercial Lines insurance sales.
- Experience developing and managing commercial client relationships.
- Strong understanding of commercial property, casualty, liability, workers' compensation, umbrella, and related coverages.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across agency teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with middle-market commercial accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce, AMS360, Applied Epic, or other agency management systems.
- Existing professional network within the Dallas-Fort Worth business community.
