Job Title: Commercial Interior Design Manager - Multi Family Location: Mission, KS Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of interior spaces for multi-family residential projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver comprehensive design solutions on time and within budget.
- Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and oversee design execution from concept through construction.
- Develop and present design proposals, renderings, and presentation materials to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety, building codes, and accessibility standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Previous experience managing interior design projects within the multi-family residential sector.
- Strong proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
