Commercial Kitchen Technicians
Sign-On Bonus Up to $5,000 (for experienced techs)

$25.00-$50.00+ based on experience
Are you a seasoned commercial kitchen technician who knows how to keep things chill under pressure? A-Tech is on the lookout for experienced professionals who can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems with precision and professionalism.
From ice machines to walk-in coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, griddles, and HVAC units, if you've got the skills, we've got the opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines
- Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
- Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance
- Delivering outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff
- Rotate through after-hours and weekend on-call shifts
- Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts
- Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders
- Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
- EPA Universal Certification
- A seasoned pro, with experience servicing commercial cooking equipment
- Eager to learn and grow through hands-on, onsite training opportunities
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and organized work ethic
- Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
- Driving record must align with our safety standards
- Must be 18 years of age
