Job Description

A community bank in Evanston is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow business banking across Uinta County and southwest Wyoming. You'll develop new relationships, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and service a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business clients through outreach, referrals, and networking
Assess client needs and recommend credit and deposit solutions
Analyze financials and creditworthiness to structure each loan
Prepare loan memos and coordinate closing documents
Open business accounts and offer treasury services
Meet growth goals while maintaining a healthy portfolio

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
Several years of commercial lending experience
Comfortable presenting proposals to business owners
Underwriting and credit write-up experience
Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
