Job Description

A community bank in Kemmerer is confidentially seeking a Commercial Lender to build business relationships across Lincoln County and southwest Wyoming. You'll win new clients, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and manage a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Develop new commercial clients through calling and local networking
Understand owner needs and match them with credit and deposit products
Analyze business financials to judge creditworthiness
Write credit memos and coordinate loan closings
Open business accounts and cross-sell treasury tools
Meet growth goals while protecting portfolio quality

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred
Several years in commercial lending or business banking
Comfortable presenting to business owners and boards
Experience building loan proposals and underwriting loans
Organized and able to manage several deals at a time
