Job Description

A local bank in Casper is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Lender with commercial lending experience. The role covers new business development, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients across central Wyoming. You'll call on local businesses, from energy service companies to professional practices, and have the support of a bank that makes decisions locally.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate client needs and recommend lending and deposit solutions
Cross-sell bank products and services
Service and grow existing relationships
Meet loan and deposit growth goals
Open new accounts
Analyze creditworthiness and prepare loan memos and loan documents

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer-facing banking experience
Familiarity with the Casper and central Wyoming business community is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with proposals and underwriting
Organized and able to multitask
