Who are you?

You are a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships. Join our team as a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager I, where you will play a key role in driving business growth by selling loans and a wide range of financial products to commercial clients. In this exciting, client-facing position, you will be out in the field, actively engaging with businesses in your community and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Commercial Lending leaders, collaborating on larger and more complex loan transactions as needed. Continue reading to learn more!

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing relationships with key influencers, managing loan delinquency, and spending 70% of time focused on sales and meeting goals.
  • Keeping financial information current, conducting regular account reviews, and maintaining an acceptable level of loan delinquency.
  • Collaborating with the Credit Department, applying loan policies, and advising borrowers on financial decisions while continuously improving credit analysis knowledge.
  • Following loan procedures and calculating total exposure within approved lending authority.
  • Reviewing loans that exceed authority with the team leader and highlighting potential risks before submitting them for committee approval.

Requirements:

Education & Experience- You will need a bachelor's degree in a directly related field AND one 1-2 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
