Commercial Lines Account Manager- Independent Multicarrier Insurance Agency- Base Salary to 100k/year- Little Rock, AR
- Our client, a reputable and thriving Independent Multi-Carrier Agency, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This agency is known for its strong family-oriented culture and unwavering dedication to its clients. With impressive growth underway, they are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to help drive and support their continued expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines clients, handling renewals, certificates, endorsements, updates, and policy rounding.
- Assist in selling new policies to inbound customers — no cold calling required.
- Oversee timely premium billing and payment collection.
- Collaborate with multiple carriers to ensure clients receive the most suitable policies based on their risk profile.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
- Active AR Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proficient in using AMS360.
- Strong knowledge of Property, Casualty, Liability, and Workers’ Compensation insurance.
- Ability to work in office 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 100k/year, with potential year-end bonus based on business performance.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
