Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines professional to join our growing team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of existing commercial accounts, providing proactive renewal management, day-to-day client service, and trusted insurance guidance. This role is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and essential to delivering the FirstMark experience.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Manage renewals for an established commercial book of business
  • Provide ongoing client care, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support
  • Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Identify coverage gaps and support long-term risk management conversations
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful service to our clients
  • Partner with our incredible teams to deliver a world-class, boutique client experience in every single interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Must have a current P&C insurance license in your state
  • May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F)
  • Ability to multi-task and ensure no detail gets overlooked
  • Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier workflows
  • Organized, proactive, and client-focused
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
