A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.2. Proficiency in customer service, risk management, policy analysis, problem-solving, client relations, and project management.3. A current Property & Casualty (P&C) license.4. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management strategies.5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex insurance policies.8. Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.9. Proficiency in using various insurance software systems.10.
