Commercial Lines Executive Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial lines insurance, responding to clients concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Process policy changes and additions to meet clients' evolving coverage needs.
- Assist clients with insurance policy renewals and rewrites.
- Obtain quotes and coverage options for new policies and policy amendments based on client's needs.
- Review policy with clients.
- Handle policy cancellations and reinstatements while following company guidelines and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process, liaising with the claims department as needed.
- Maintain accurate data entry in our management system.
- Educate clients on various commercial insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in commercial insurance to enhance knowledge and service delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a commercial lines insurance agency or related industry.
- Thorough understanding of commercial insurance products.
- Familiarity with insurance policy terms, coverage types, and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance carriers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Epic (Applied Systems) preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Active 4-40, 20-44, 2-20 License
- Prior experience (preferred).
