Job Title: Commercial Lines Customer Service Represetative (CSR)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, including policy servicing, coverage questions, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:Service and maintain commercial insurance accounts across various industriesProcess endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatementsPrepare applications, proposals, and insurance documentationReview policies for accuracy and coverage needsRespond promptly to client questions regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teamsAssist producers with new business submissions and marketing effortsFollow up on outstanding items and ensure timely completion of tasksMaintain accurate client records within agency management systemsSupport account retention through proactive customer service and communicationEnsure compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelinesQualifications:Previous commercial insurance experience preferredActive Property & Casualty insurance license preferred or requiredStrong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy terminologyExcellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or similar platformsMicrosoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelPreferred Lines of Experience:General LiabilityCommercial PropertyWorkers’ CompensationCommercial AutoUmbrella/Excess LiabilityProfessional LiabilityBusiness Owners Policies (BOP)
