Commercial Lines Underwriting Supervisor | Hybrid (New Hartford, NY or Charlotte, NC)
$110K-$150K + Bonus | A-Rated Carrier

What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a team of Commercial Lines Underwriters
- Drive profitable growth + portfolio strategy
- Strengthen agency/broker relationships and market presence
- Partner with leadership to shape underwriting direction
What you bring:
- 5+ years Commercial Lines underwriting experience
- Leadership or team lead experience
- Strong middle market expertise (GL, WC, Property, Auto)
- Proven ability to balance growth + profitability

The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee's work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
