Job Details
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join our business litigation group. This role is ideal for an attorney who is looking to take on increased responsibility and develop their litigation skillset in a dynamic practice.
Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of commercial litigation mattersDraft pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaManage and respond to written discoveryConduct legal research and case analysisParticipate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparationWork both independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys
Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Missouri (required)3–6 years of experience in commercial/business litigationExperience in state and/or federal courtStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple matters and meet deadlinesDeposition experience is a plus, but not required
