A leading national law firm is seeking a talented litigation associate to join its growing Wilmington office and thriving commercial litigation practice.
The OpportunityThis is a chance to join a high-caliber team handling sophisticated commercial disputes in Delaware's most prominent courts. Associates work on substantive matters, develop meaningful client relationships, and are given real responsibility early in their tenure.
What You'll Do
Handle complex commercial litigation matters from early case assessment through resolutionAppear in and practice before the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of DelawareDraft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefsSupport and collaborate on discovery strategy, depositions, and trial preparationCommunicate directly with clients on case strategy and status
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of litigation experience in a law firm settingDemonstrated experience practicing in the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or Delaware Superior Court's Complex Commercial Litigation DivisionSuperior legal writing and research skillsStrong academic credentialsExcellent communication skills and a strong work ethicMust be admitted to practice in Delaware
