Job Details

We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team.

This position is ideal for a driven attorney who is eager to work on sophisticated litigation matters for a diverse client base while developing strong courtroom, writing, and strategic skills within a collaborative and well-respected law firm.

The Associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of complex commercial disputes and will be given meaningful responsibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courtsDraft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and substantive legal memorandaConduct legal research and analysis on varied and evolving legal issuesManage written discovery, including drafting responses and reviewing productionsTake and defend depositions and assist with expert discoveryPrepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialsCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and co-counselAssist with case strategy, evaluation, and litigation managementCollaborate with attorneys across national platform as needed

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school2–4 years of commercial or complex litigation experienceAdmission to the Nevada State Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly)Experience drafting dispositive motions and handling discovery independentlyStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to handle multiple matters and meet competing deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindsetTrial or arbitration experience is a plus, but not required
