Commercial Litigation Attorney | 10+ Years Experience
A well-established law firm is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience to join its team. This is a senior-level role handling complex, high-stakes business and commercial disputes from case strategy through trial.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, breach of contract, partnership/shareholder disputes, and related claims
- Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery through trial
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue motions and represent clients in state and federal court
- Represent clients at mediation and arbitration
- Manage and mentor junior associates on litigation matters
- Advise clients directly on litigation risk and strategy
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Active bar admission to New Hampshire
- Proven trial and courtroom experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation independently and lead case teams
- Excellent client relationship and business development skills
