Job Description

Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

Join a respected full-service law firm in Monmouth County, NJ, known for its expertise in commercial litigation and commitment to client success. This role offers the opportunity to support high-profile cases while developing your legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and litigation support for commercial litigation attorneysDraft, proofread, file, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondenceMaintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings or depositionsAssist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of civil procedure, court rules, and litigation terminologyExperience with state and federal e-filing systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management softwareExcellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree, or paralegal certificateExperience with iManage or similar legal document management systems

Salary: $60,000-$70,000/year
