Job Description

Key Qualifications

3+ years of commercial loan documentation experience (or as required)
Experience preparing commercial loan documents from approved credit packages
Strong knowledge of commercial lending documentation, loan structure, and collateral requirements
Experience with multiple loan types including:
- Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
- Commercial Term Loans
- Revolving Lines of Credit
- SBA Loans
- Agricultural Loans
- Construction Loans
- Oil & Gas Loans
- Consumer Loans
- Letters of Credit
Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to review loan packages for accuracy prior to closing

Core Responsibilities

Prepare and process commercial and consumer loan documentation.
Review loan packages to ensure all approvals, collateral, fees, and documentation meet policy and regulatory requirements.
Prepare renewals, modifications, and participation loan documents.
Perform quality control reviews on loan documents before funding.
Work closely with Portfolio Managers and lending staff to ensure timely, accurate loan closings.
