Position Summary:
Process all loan and other miscellaneous items to be scanned or imported into imaging program. Provide research assistance to bank staff. This position will be back-up support for the Commercial Loan Processing Clerk position.
Duties:
- Scan all commercial and consumer loan documents
- Import electronic documents stored in various file locations or software programs
- Provide printed log sheet daily
- Maintain current document index listing
- Quality Control checks periodically
- Provide periodic research assistance
- Cross-train to provide back-up support for Commercial Loan Processing Clerk
- Track and log receipt of vehicle titles; follow up on missing titles
- Distribute departmental courier items and mail
- Prepare and track mortgage releases
- Track exception documents and verify receipts
- Maintain tickler files
- Assist commercial loan staff as needed including various administrative tasks
- Completion of assigned compliance training courses
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to be self-motivated
- Accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Ability to multitask and stay focused
- Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and basic computer skills are desired
- Experience with software systems such as Navigator, ComplianceOne, Microsoft Office, and Director preferred
- Knowledge of loan documentation preferred
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment
- Extended viewing of computer screens
- Moderate lifting up to 25 pounds
- Repetitive hand and arm movement
