Founded in 2014, our growing team is based in Austin, TX, and has clients in all 50 US states. We’ve grown over 300% in the last three years - with big plans for the future.

You will own the commercial success of one of ePayPolicy's highest-priority new product lines, taking it from first paid customer to scaled, repeatable revenue. You'll identify the right early customers, structure the initial opportunities, set the pricing model, and ensure we what we learn in the market shapes what we build.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role Product leadership role working directly with the executive team. You'll operate at the intersection of product, sales, and customers to turn customer feedback and adoption data into clear strategy and execution. Our product managers build exceptional products, and you make them businesses.

What you'll do

  • Own the commercial outcome for a flagship new product: adoption, revenue, and unit economics, on one shared scorecard with product and engineering

  • Design and run the first customer pilots, select the right customers, structure the commercial terms, define what success looks like, and personally drive customer conversations

  • Build the pricing and packaging strategy, grounded in a rigorous model of the value delivered per customer

  • Work directly with executives at agencies, MGAs, and carriers to diagnose their workflow and financial operations deeply enough to tell their story

  • Read live adoption signal, diagnose what's working and what needs to change, and translate it into clear direction for the build team

  • Develop the go-to-market playbook, narrative, sales enablement, proof metrics, and scale it across our commercial organization as the product grows

  • Present performance, drivers, and recommendations to executive leadership and the board

Who you are

  • 5–10 years in highly analytical, business-driving roles including strategy & ops, growth, or commercial product at a high-growth technology company

  • Top-tier management consulting experience, and moved into an operating or product lead role to build

  • Owned revenue for a product line, market, or business unit while driving measurable results

  • Excellent product intuition and taste

  • Exceptional financial modeling to build the unit-economics case

  • Strong commercial instincts with a track record of partnering with sales and GTM teams to design and execute growth initiatives

  • Comfortable in front of senior customer stakeholders to run discovery and structure deals

  • You set direction, influence senior stakeholders, and execute end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Eager to build ideas into a thriving business

Bonus points

  • Experience in payments, fintech infrastructure, or B2B financial software

  • Insurance industry knowledge — agency operations, wholesale distribution, or premium finance

  • Track record of taking a single product from launch to meaningful revenue

Why ePayPolicy

  • Competitive salary

  • Comprehensive benefits package with employer-paid basic life and disability premiums

  • 401K

  • Flexible Paid Time Off Policy (FTO)

  • Company-sponsored quarterly “ePayItForward” initiatives

  • Supportive and inclusive company culture with a focus on work/life balance

  • Fully-stocked kitchen

  • Lunch stipend when working onsite

  • Open communication (We won’t box you in! If you have a cool idea for a product improvement or a suggestion on how to improve the customer experience, let’s talk about it. We value everyone’s ideas and opinions.)

  • Huge opportunity for growth
