Are you an experienced Commercial Project Manager (Epoxy Flooring & Painting) ready to lead high-profile projects in Stratford, CT? Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Project Manager (Epoxy Flooring & Painting) position include:

10+ years of experience in commercial painting, epoxy flooring, or related construction industries (flooring experience preferred)
Prepare estimates and proposals based on labor, equipment, and material costs; prior sales and estimating experience preferred
Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, procurement, crew coordination, and quality control
Oversee projects ranging from $1K to $200K in commercial epoxy flooring and painting
Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot preferred; open to other CRM and estimating software experience)
Lead field crews, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring adherence to safety standards
Track project performance, maintain CRM pipeline data, and provide progress reporting
Ability to work primarily in-office (approximately 80%) with local site visits within one hour as needed

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical coverage (50% employer-paid), 401(k) eligibility after 90 days with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2%, quarterly profit share/performance bonuses, 2 weeks of PTO (increasing with tenure), company vehicle provided after one month (with $0.75 per mile reimbursement during the first month), and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule typically starting around 6:00 AM.
