Description

* Manage ground-up commercial projects ranging from $5M-$20M

* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation

* Lead RFIs, submittals, pay apps, and owner communications

* Support preconstruction with early budgeting and scope alignment

* Provide consistent on-site oversight through regular visits during key phases

Profile

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:

• 7+ years as a PM delivering commercial ground-up projects
• Experience managing $5M-$20M scopes
• Strong tenure with no history of multiple short-term roles
• Skilled in scheduling, financial management, and subcontractor oversight
• Clear communicator with owners, design partners, and field teams
