Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager for an organization based in Fargo, North Dakota. Additional and specific details about this opportunity will be shared with potentially qualified applicants upon review of each resume. This position will manage properties in multiple states and be responsible for the complete performance of each property. Location: Fargo, North DakotaType of Position: Full Time Direct HireSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmCompensation: $65K - $70K DOEBenefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401k w/ Company Match PercentagePosition Overview:
- Manage leasing, billing, maintenance, inspections, tenant transitions, insurance claims, vendor compliance, and all other operational requirements.
- Support annual budgeting for operational and capital expenditure.
- Oversee service contracts for quality and cost control.
- Ensure lease agreement terms are in compliance.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in commercial property management or construction management
- Knowledge of building maintenance systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
