Job Description
- Negotiate and execute purchase and lease agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
- Manage transactions from initial engagement through closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors.
- Active Real Estate License (required).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Professional communication skills with a focus on fostering positive working relationships across all parties.
