What You’ll Do: As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will:
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored real estate solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Research the market to identify properties, access data for listings, analyze trends, and learn the market.
  • Drive Sales: Identify, prospect, and close commercial real estate transactions across various asset classes, ensuring client goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues to share market insights, brainstorm strategies, and achieve both individual and team success.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities to provide clients with informed, strategic advice.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent: A valid real estate license is required. Previous experience in commercial real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
