Job Description

I am working with a great firm that is looking for an Attorney to join their real estate and business transactions practice. This is a great opportunity to be involved in all aspects of commercial real estate and business transactions.

Desired Background:

4+ years of transactional experience in real estate, corporate governance, business transactions, financing and HOAs
Advise clients on purchase, sale, leasing, finance and land acquisitions
Draft, review and revise complex real estate and business documents
Manage due diligence and all aspects of real estate and business transactions
Admitted to Maryland bar
