A well-regarded Manchester firm needs a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to guide deals from first draft to closing, and they’re hiring ASAP.

What you’ll do:

Represent clients in commercial sales, acquisitions, financing, and leasing
Handle land use and real estate development matters
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
Prepare real estate holding company documentation
Review title documents and survey plans
Manage closings
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and development issues

What you bring:

Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
Experience in commercial real estate transactions and land use
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
