We’re a small, collaborative law firm in Louisville, Kentucky looking to add a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to our growing practice. If you’re sharp, practical, and enjoy working directly with clients (without burning out), keep reading.
What You’ll Do
Handle a variety of commercial real estate matters, including:
Acquisitions and dispositions
Leasing (landlord and tenant)
Financing and development
Due diligence and closings
Work closely with clients, partners, and teammates—no disappearing into a corner office required
Take ownership of files while still having support when you need it
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
Licensed in Kentucky
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Someone who values professionalism and personality
A team player who enjoys a smaller-firm environment
