Job DetailsThis position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development of commercial properties across a variety of asset classes.Key Responsibilities:Structure, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing mattersRepresent developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients in complex real estate dealsDraft and review purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and related transactional materialsSupport real estate financing transactions, including borrower and lender-side representationConduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning reviewCollaborate with land use, environmental, and corporate teams on multidisciplinary mattersQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission5+ years of commercial real estate or transactional experienceStrong experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactionsExcellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to manage deals independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong client service orientation and attention to detailInterested in hearing more?
