Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents. Conduct thorough due diligence and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Advise clients on legal issues related to commercial real estate development, zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
