Job DetailsResponsibilities

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial property acquisitions and dispositions
Work on development projects including joint ventures, development agreements, and ground leases
Represent developers, investors, and owners in complex real estate transactions
Conduct due diligence and manage transactions from letter of intent through closing
Work directly with partners in a mentorship-driven environment

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a commercial real estate transactions practice
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Background from a law firm real estate practice group (BigLaw or strong regional firm preferred)
Strong academic credentials; law review or journal experience is a plus
Demonstrated interest in pro bono, nonprofit, or community involvement
