We offer specialized support in practice advisory, practice transitions, tenant and buyer representation, landlord and seller representation, as well as lease negotiations and renewals. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to lead and manage practice sale and healthcare-related real estate transactions from start to finish. This role requires strong commercial real estate experience, business development and canvassing abilities, client advisory skills, and the ability to independently source and drive transaction opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial real estate and be comfortable working autonomously in the Chicagoland area. While prior healthcare or dental experience is not required, the candidate should be open to expanding into the healthcare sector, with training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and canvass for new business opportunities, including healthcare real estate and practice sale transactions.
- Conduct market analysis, valuations, and financial assessments.
- Lead negotiations and assist in structuring transactions and agreements.
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence and closing coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on market conditions, deal structures, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and manage transaction documentation, client reporting, and deal tracking.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, or transaction advisory.
- Strong business development and canvassing abilities, with experience sourcing new opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and client advisory skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions independently from start to finish.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen, including experience with valuations, underwriting, or deal analysis.
- Interest in or willingness to learn healthcare/practice sales (training provided).
- Active real estate broker license preferred.
