- Build and grow a book of business (tenant, landlord, investor, owner-user)

- Present proposals, opinions of value, and executive briefings
- Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities
- Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
- Mentor and support newer brokers (as you grow into leadership)
- Active Commercial Real Estate license
- Also open to non-licensed candidates who want a career, not a job (we’ll discuss the path forward)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive to succeed
- Team-oriented with leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Your resume/CV
- Your current license status (licensed / in process / exploring)
- Any sales, business development, or real estate experience
- A short note on what you want to build in the next 12–24 months
