Requirements:

What You’ll Do

Oversee the daily maintenance and appearance of commercial office buildings
Coordinate and work closely with outside contractors and vendors
Ensure building systems and common areas are operating efficiently
Identify issues proactively and follow through to resolution
Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for tenants

Experience in commercial property maintenance preferred
