An established and highly respected law firm in Western Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to business owners, developers, lenders, investors, municipalities, and commercial property owners while working alongside a collaborative team of experienced legal professionals.

What You'll Do
- Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, and development projects
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, financing documents, and development contracts
- Advise clients on commercial leasing, land use, zoning, permitting, and regulatory matters
- Conduct title review and coordinate due diligence for complex transactions
- Partner with business owners, developers, lenders, and investors on strategic real estate matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, banking, estate planning, and litigation practices
- Develop long-term client relationships while helping grow an established real estate practice
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed (or eligible for admission) to practice law in Wisconsin
- Experience in commercial real estate, business transactions, or commercial finance
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development and community engagement
