Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship will provide a comprehensive, hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of real estate development, investment, and management. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to build a career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
Support the development team in due diligence, financial modeling, and project management tasks.
Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Assist with property management tasks.
Participate in site visits and property tours.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A solid understanding of real estate development principles and general real estate knowledge.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A proactive and eager learner with a strong work ethic.
