Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and filing a variety of real estate documents.
- Preparing and monitoring closing checklists; calendaring obligations and responsibilities under contracts.
- Coordinating closing process for real estate transactions; working closely with title companies to clear title and obtain title policies.
- Reviewing and summarizing title commitments and surveys.
- Assisting in preparation of consents; and preparing closing transcripts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Paralegals report directly to their supervising attorney(s).
- Employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and HIPAA agreement upon employment to protect client information.
- Qualified applicants must have a minimum of five years of commercial real estate experience.
