Job DetailsCOMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGALA well-established Tampa Bay law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its busy real estate practice out of the St. Petersburg office. This is a hands-on role working across complex commercial transactions, leasing, and affordable housing matters — ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Responsibilities

• * Draft and review documents for attorney finalization across commercial real estate transactions
• * Conduct record searches, UCC searches, and order title searches
• * Review title commitments and surveys
• * Manage e-filings, recordings, and critical date schedules
• * Support purchase and sale of commercial properties
• * Assist with leasing and affordable housing matters
• * Manage high-volume workload independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• * Proven experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in commercial transactions
• * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• * Professional demeanor with confidence interacting with clients and attorneys
• * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• * Demonstrated job stability and commitment to high-quality work
• * Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation preferred
